Victor was a man of exceptional character, a seasoned business manager with over 14 years of experience, and a selfless contributor to societal growth. He devoted his life to empowering women, students, and the elderly through various programs, always striving to leave a positive impact wherever he went.
His tragic passing was a stark reminder of the harsh realities of gun violence and the systemic issues that plague our society, such as the denial of urgent medical care to gunshot victims. In his memory, I vowed to turn this personal pain into a force for change.
